Expert Installation of Concrete Coatings
What Is Epoxy Flooring?
Epoxy flooring is more than just a concrete surface treatment. It’s a durable, seamless coating system that bonds directly to an otherwise bare slab of concrete, creating a strong and protective layer that resists moisture, UV, impacts, and stains. At Garage Floor Coating Inland NW, we go a step further by combining an epoxy base coat with dual polyaspartic topcoats. This combination ensures the thickest, longest-lasting, high-performance finish that’ll outlast and outshine traditional floor coatings.

Why Choose Our 2-Day Installation Process?
While many providers offer 1-day installations, GFC Inland NW stands out with our superior 2-day process. Why? Because quality takes time. Our 2-day installation includes:
- Day 1: Surface Preparation and Base Coat Application – We meticulously prepare your concrete. First, we use our concrete patch system to repair cracks, pitting, and broken concrete. We then use propane diamond grinders to create an optimal surface “profile” (to ensure proper adhesion of the primer coat). Second, we apply our high-build (read “thick”), slow-curing, 100%-solids epoxy base coat as a moisture vapor barrier. If a flake system was selected, we broadcast your chosen flake blend into the primer coat and allow it to cure overnight.
- Day 2: Topcoat Application – On Day 2, we buff and clean the space before applying two 100%-solids (nothing less) polyaspartic topcoats (not just one!). The quality polyaspartic top coats enhance durability, resisting UV light, impacts, and staining…including “hot-tire” transfer (aka plasticizer migration). This flooring is thick, fully warranted, and ideal for the varying weather conditions in Washington and Idaho.
The Benefits of Epoxy Flooring
- Unmatched Durability – With combined epoxy primer and polyaspartic topcoat layers, your floor is protected against moisture, wear and tear, heavy foot traffic, and everyday impacts.
- Long-Lasting Performance – Our multi-layer process ensures your floor maintains its integrity and appearance for years, minimizing the need for frequent repairs or replacements.
- Moisture and Stain Resistance – Especially valuable in regions that experience wet seasons, our coatings prevent moisture from seeping in from below.
- Customizable Designs – Choose from our chip options, including Ultra, Vintage Mica, Earth Effects, and Bagari Stone Effects, to create a look that complements your space perfectly.
