The Process Behind Quality Custom Flooring

Every custom floor we install is backed by our meticulous 2-day process. On the first day, we repair concrete cracks, pitting and breaks with our concrete patch system. Then, we thoroughly grind the concrete with our high-end propane diamond grinders (with HEPA-filtered vacuum attachments) to create the perfect concrete canvas. Next, we apply our doubly-thick, moisture-mitigating epoxy primer coat direct-to-concrete. (It acts as a moisture vapor barrier). If a flake system was selected, we broadcast your chosen flake blend into the uncured primer coat.

On the second day, we return to buff and vacuum the primer coat, before applying the dual 100%-solids polyaspartic topcoats (yes, “dual”…we apply 2 coats, not just one). These dual clear top coats seal the floor and provide unmatched protection from impacts, UV light, chemical exposure and staining. This process ensures your floor is not only visually appealing but built to last.
